More Riva For The Soul

For my birthday this year, I decided we’d go to RIVA for dinner. Best choice ever!

Nothing compares to the incredibly designed restaurant with the freshest, most delicious food.

We started out with a bottle of the Belisario Verdicchio from Marche, Italy and a caprese salad- so fresh! The main course for me was the gnocchi– house made potato dumplings, butternut squash, baby spinach, caramelized onions, shaved asparagus, gorgonzola cream sauce, toasted walnuts and parmigiano. This one topped the charts in my pasta files.
