Another birthday treat this year was a steak dinner on Sunday. Not only did we eat like King’s, we drank like them too. We paired the Fontanafredda Barolo DOCG 2010 with creamy blue cheese smoothed over a 9oz steak with baked potato and grilled asparagus. Simply perfect.
