T.O.

This past weekend, I visited my best friend in Toronto. We went to TURF music festival, ate all the food, drank all the wine and partied probably too much!

Lunch: Completo’s Chilean sandwiches. We all had the Churrassco on gluten free buns (chorizo sausage, mashed avocado, lettuce, tomato, house hot sauce and roasted red pepper sauce): https://www.zomato.com/toronto/completo-leslieville/menu

Dinner: after late lunch, a festival dinner was all we needed! The ‘original’ mac n’ cheese from one of the most delicious food trucks! Made with a garlic cream sauce, aged Canadian old cheddar, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese: http://www.maestromacncheese.com/  http://torontourbanrootsfest.com/

Kitchen Addition: I try to bring a little something home for cooking if I’m in a foodie city. My best friend works for Dine Alone records and sent me home with three beautiful sauces for my future winter cooking experiences- a hot sauce, a chipotle BBQ sauce and an original, hot BBQ sauce: http://dinealonerecords.com/
