Obviously, 5 Saisons is decorated beautifully in the fall and it just seems to entice you to go in and buy everything. This grocery store is amazing. Think fresh, gourmet, upscale.
I’m very lucky to have this gem a 5-minute walk from work and go there several times per week for lunch.
They have fresh sandwiches/panini’s that they can grill right on the spot. They also have fresh salads, soups, sushi, seafood, spring rolls, and anything else you can think of.
They offer individual dinners packaged and ready to be put in the oven for a reasonable price. These range from butter chicken and cous cous to roasted vegetables to Irish stew. I really enjoy their wide selection of soups (the one to the left is cream of asparagus). They’re packaged in nice jars for easy heating and a perfect pairing with a pizza or garlic baguette.
Their gourmet meat and cheese section is definitely something to boast. It has a gourmet feel and offers local cheeses and typical brands. If I’m having people over and want to give them the full Quebec experience, I’ll get Quebec-made goat cheese and blue cheese, as well as Quebec brews from their small craft beer section.
Like I said, 5 Saisons pour CHAQUE saison!
