My boyfriend and I have started searching for a place in Montreal for August. This means my Sommelier business will become real!
Finding a good restaurant in Montreal is ridiculously easy, but finding the right one to work at, that is what’s stumping me. Should I work in an expensive Italian restaurant with a heavy Italian wine list, or an extremely busy, affordable gem in the heart of the city?
Then we look at wine bars. There is a top 15 wine bars list that interests me…but to go with the never ending reservation list of wine lovers at a reasonable price, or the top end, strictly vintages wine bar?
